Our two-year-old playgroup provides children who are 20 months old by September 1st, and perhaps not potty trained, the chance to experience two or three mornings a week away from home. We do offer a 5 full day program for 2 year olds. The children participate in hands-on activities that are both socially and intellectually stimulating. Children interact with teachers and other children as they work in different learning centers, participate in music and story times, and enjoy outdoor activities.

The three-year- old program offers a variety of schedules for children who turn three by September 1st and are potty trained to engage in hands-on exploration with a wide variety of materials that promote the development of social skills, motor skills, knowledge of math, science and early literacy skills. They are given the opportunity to gain knowledge of the natural world through direct interactions with plants, animals and the surrounding environment.

Our four-year-old Pre-K program offers a variety of schedules for children who turn four by September 1st. The program offers continued hands-on exploration with the surrounding environment, which includes the gardens and animals as well as the classroom. The curriculum promotes school readiness through hands-on exploration and experiments in math, science and literature.

Our Lunch Bunch program is offered on Wednesday and can be used on a regular or occasional basis. The program provides the opportunity to extend a child’s day until 1:30. Children have lunch and enjoy extra time on the playground.

Afternoon Adventures
We offer an optional afternoon adventure program for both the three and four year old children. This program gives the more energetic nature enthusiast a chance to dig a little deeper to gain knowledge of the world of nature. The afternoon adventure program a based on facts and hands-on explorations. The program includes lunch, playtime, literature and a variety of other activities which vary from week to week.
